Proteo History
2015 - Proteo becomes leading providers of technology products for the haulage and distribution industry.
Throughout 2014 the Directors continued to restructure the business and this process completed in early 2015, creating today’s business which is very much about providing technology products to the haulage and distribution industry
2013 - Vertical reorganization is started
A decision was made to focus the business around the products and renewable income and as a first step the systems integration business was disposed of in 2013.
2009 - P1 Technology Partners are rebranded as Proteo
Throughout the period P1/Proteo continued to offer system integration services but a decision was made to focus the business around the products and renewable income
2009 - Telematics provider Fleetwood Electronics Ltd is aquired.
In 2009 the business acquired the assets of Fleetwood Electronics Ltd a telematics provider to increase the offering to haulage and distribution to include telematics and incab / mobile products. Soon after, to better reflect the new business, P1 Technology Partners Ltd was rebranded to Proteo.
2008 - New product Orchestrator is launched
P1 retained the IP and launched the product as “Orchestrator” in 2008.
2006 - P1 develops a web native BMS
In 2006 as part of one particular software project for a haulier client, the company developed a fully web native business management system which had a radical impact on the customer’s business.
2003 - Background P1 Technology Partners Ltd was founded
P1 Technology Partners Ltd was founded in 2003 as systems integrator offering services to mid-sized clients across a range of industries.
