The big news this week is that I finally went and got new trainers and found out that my old ones were the cause of my knee problem, basically my trainers had collapsed. So I have got nice new ones which make a huge difference and running 15 miles didn’t make my kneecap fall off. Have managed to get some decent running in this week, and finding new routes (another way of saying I keep getting lost) all the time.
I usually do a big run at the weekend as it takes me ages (I’m not a fast runner) but I head off to China on Friday for a week and will have to get a big run in before I go as I will be a bit jet lagged over the weekend.
