After finding a training plan that fit in with the time until the race I totally ignored it and decided to see just how far I could run. Having completely destroyed myself, my right kneecap feels as though it is going to fall off, I have got blisters on top of blisters and even managed to get a huge blood blister on my little toe, I thought I had better stick to the training plan and have been following this as closely as I can, but the hardest thing is just finding the time to go and run.
It’s the psychology of running that I have got to get right, I know I can do it but I can always find an excuse not to go out in the cold. The Snow and ice forced me to the Gym to get a run in, I managed to do 15 miles on the treadmill which was really hard and boring but warm and dry.
